Unlike the Pacific Pufferfish the Blowfish we get here in the North Atlantic are not poisonous. They are harmless and extremely delicious. ๐Ÿก I dredge them in Seasoned Flower, dip in an Egg bath and cover generously with Panko. Pan Fry on each side for about 30 seconds. Serve with Lemon Wedge. ๐Ÿ‹ If you don’t have Tartar Sauce in your crib just mix some Mayo with Minced Sour Pickles. ๐Ÿ‘Œ Eat them like chicken wings! ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒŠโœจ
